The toolmaking company produces new tooling in aluminium and P20 for low to medium volume requirements, through to fully hardened tools for high volume production and aggressive materials such as glass filled. Our experienced and highly qualified staff use AutoCAD, Solid works and Visi.
The in group toolmaker enables Counterplas to be competitively priced on its new tooling and modifications and with the in house maintenance and repair section also ensures that downtimes due to breakdowns are kept to an absolute minimum. Our planned tool maintenance programs are key to efficient production within Counterplas.
If required by our customers, we will source new tooling from the Far East, using our preferred partners. We will also eliminate problems with inherited Far East tooling, within the toolmaking facility.
