Counterplas specialises in reducing moulding costs through lean manufacturing processes, and couples this with removing excess from the component supply chain in the manufacture of finished items.
Design and Development starts with consultation and an open exchange of ideas and information. Project teams then take product designs through 3-D modelling, materials selection, prototyping, and final production.
